A COMPLETE FAILURE of Western diplomacy! Negotiations must be a matter of give and take to be successful. Since Ukraine doesn't want to give anything, there's currently nothing to negotiate - PERIOD! Furthermore, negotiations must be thoroughly prepared, which they weren't, so forget about Istanbul
