Trump has cast a shadow on USMNT. Now there will be more cheers for the Belgium team, a negative impact that the American team didn’t want. It’s time for the players to speak up and disapprove their presidents’ actions (both Trump and Infantino).

Unfortunately that's probably not a stand players are going to make. Also - players being lumped in with their nation's politics as if they play a part in forming policy - where have I heard this before? Oh yeah, Iran.
