President Clinton did sign the ICC (Rome Statute) but he didn't have the votes to go before the Senate and GW Bush "unsigned" it. Trump has literally sanctioned ICC judges and staff. If we ever do want the USA to become an ICC member, we'd have to give a Dem Pres a 2/3 Senate majority.

Theoretical... Since it's not like they're going to hold the US accountable. It's also highly questionable if there was ever any legal standing for the attacks on Iran – especially given that even US intelligence didn't believe that Iran was building nuclear weapons. (And they likely weren't)

Basic, average humans around the world had already determined that. The US is the worlds biggest war monger. Congrats - usa is actually #1 at something.

So bombing innocents in international waters and innocent children in Iran, war crimes that will go unpunished, trump, bibi and putin all need arresting, sick of these demented old men ruin everything for everyone so they can make a buck or two.

They needed an expert to tell us murdering a school full of children is a war crime? I hope they counted destroying civilian water plants in a desert

Would this be the same human rights body that has been known to include known human rights violators? They're probably right because that's how Hegseth rolls, but the statement might be more credible if it didn't quote a source...
