pulled the last of it out of the freezer to make a black bean coconut ginger curry tonight

when I say a big pot, this 2.2qt tupperware was full; freezing most of it to keep longer, minus the bit I'll have with the leftover rice

Oh man, if you liked that, look up sos pwa nwa - Haitian style black beans. It's kickass. Tastes like a million bucks, costs two.
