i played it to the end but i suggest looking up strategies because the bosses gets really hard. this one is a super boss don't listen to the recommended level

I have this same problem, too. I'm not nearly as far as you, but I can feel the difficulty is going to hit my limits; and I'd like to be able to finish it, as it's gorgeous imo

I had a similar moment of despair around here but was able to rally and 100% the game so happy to give advice at any point!

The second part is no fun anymore, because each area and the new mobs get harder at a much quicker rate. I gave up because I didn’t want to cheat by looking up optimized equipment etc.

At some point bosses become extra puzzly, some even require particular builds

Checked it out back when I had Apple Arcade and also loved it but fell off because of the difficulty. I hope you push through though!

Yeah, I swapped to easier difficulty towards the end, don't regret it.

Yeah the 2nd half difficulty spike is genuinely a bit much especially towards the end, I honestly think they went too far. I can't imagine playing the original release where hard mode was the default.

This game gets nasty, I thought I was soft locked at the final boss, I had to try a bunch of different strategies and also get very lucky
