I just tried watching “Extinct”, an intriguing premise but the writing was lazy with manufactured drama, characters doing dumb stuff, and new crap introduced in each episode. Questions multiply with little likelihood of answers. Why can’t they simply explore the premise with believable characters?

I don’t have a problem suspending disbelief for settings and key plot hooks, I can even overlook inaccuracies in areas that I have expertise in, but I still don’t have much tolerance for crappy writing.
