I wish with my whole heart that the scammy bullshit "beta reader" (but not really because they just run your work through a chat bot) accounts leaving AI generated fake engagement comments here would fuck off. And by fuck off I mean the whole way into the sun. Go. Leave. Shut the fuck up. Thank you.

You're welcome! I got fed up with them too (filling up the editing feed I follow with slop). Plus I'm worried about authors falling for it and not trusting actual editors. Only issue is these accounts pop up new & daily, which is so frustrating.

I completely get it. It can also be hard to tell when the bots use your post to try to engage in conversation first rather than immediately ask about reading/feedback.
