Today we're announcing our $445M Series D and announcing that we've reached profitability. Huge thanks to Eclipse for leading the round, which included participation from existing investors USIT, Jane Street, Riot Ventures, Intel Capital, Friends and Family Capital, and Counterpart Ventures.

We're also welcoming three new world-class investors to the Oxide team: Atreides Management, Liquid 2 Ventures, and AMD Ventures. We're in it together for the long haul and share the conviction that the ability to own your cloud compute on-premises (inclusive of innovative hardware and software) is
