I started using Prompt 3 only a week ago. Kind of concerning to see it not working already. Also, finding any status updates was nearly impossible, because you post them only on the same website, which is not working, and not on other major social media. My confidence is down.

Still bad, but a temporary fix is rolling out to our severs now. Thanks again for your patience while we work hard to restore our services!!

Phew! I'm organizing a game jam this weekend where internet access is limited (junctionjam.org) and need the latest Playdate SDK on a thumb drive so I can trick, ur, convince people trapped on a train with me to make Playdate games.

almost there! bringing things online one at a time. tomorrow might be good!

Some clouds are parting!! After an intense couple of days! we are gradually restoring services, starting with ones that are critical for using our apps, then eventually the front end websites. Hopefully not much longer until we're 100% back to normal. (Or as normal as it gets around here.)

Please fix Prompt as well so it can survive this in the future. I reset data and uninstalled and reinstalled before I realised your website was down. What happened that takes this many days to fix?
