The court stated California would need congressional authorization before they can ban ice agents from wearing masks or showing their id. Still these judges Felon47 appointees Mark Bennett, Daniel Collins and Obama appointee Jacqueline Nguyen only ruled in favor for Felon47 because they’re cowards
