MS NOW: "The Talarico campaign is filing a legal motion to unseal two depositions Ken Paxton gave in 2019 and 2022. A source tells MS NOW the Talarico campaign has reason to believe Paxton admitted to crimes in those depositions."

The brilliance here is even if it's denied, it further puts the idea of Paxton being a criminal in people's minds. If the motion is denied, that's not a statement that he didn't admit to it. It still means maybe he did, maybe he didn't. We don't know.
