The news report here is not substantiating the claim that he is Mossad. That is going to require evidence. Jumping to conclusions or making assumptions is unhelpful and not in our interests.Thank you for pointing out the logical gap.

This is actually easy to analyze from observables. We all saw the reaction of the USIC to him being in our government, because he is a threat to the safety and security of the United States. Israel must regard him exactly the same way. He is aligned with Putin as a strategic partner.
