Lot of good answers here, but I throw out: coffee. We've gotten so much better at making truly incredible coffee affordable and accessible.

Probably not better at making it, but I'm pretty sure my lil Walmart has more options than when I was a kid 😅

Oh yeah! Genuinely like... affordable optionality in all foods has exploded!
