curious how you're handling blob storage for it, r2 or durable object storage? that's usually where workers-hosted PDS instances hit their first real wall.

R2 all the way

yeah, egress-free R2 makes way more sense for anything you're generating on the fly. we dump worker-generated PDFs straight into R2 and never touch S3 for that path anymore.
