The fact they’re arresting people who are assembling peacefully instead of the federal agent who just executed one of their residents is pathetic. Up to this point I have been pretty careful not to get to this point rhetorically but we’re over the edge, there’s a burden of responsibility.

i have generally been hesitant to be harsh on local/state governments who are under occupation by the federal government but if they have not learned their lesson from Renee Good's murder then idk anymore we know that there is no federal accountability, the hypothetical already happened

they've been given verbal immunity from the Vice President and practical immunity from the FBI if state laws won't be enforced then there's no laws left, and the only options left on the table at that point are not ideal

From the Minnesota StarTribune: Several witnesses have already been transported to the Whipple building. ICE attempted to order local police from the scene, but O’Hara refused, sources said. O’Hara instructed his officers to preserve the scene. The BCA was en route to the scene.
