Alberta's new solar panel recycling fee is at least 139% higher than comparable programs elsewhere, yet no public analysis has been released to justify the purpose. The fee could add about $1 million to an average solar project and will make it harder to attract renewable energy investment.

It’s a feature, not a bug. Oil and Gas Christofacaism on full display. Love my solar panels on my house. Keeps my utility bill low.
