my work has announced an RTO policy effective soon, so I'm prepping for the job hunt in the case that they don't provide exceptions or whatever i'm not exactly open to opportunities yet but i'd love to see if anyone has great resources for a senior backend dev (java, C#) getting back on the market!

this includes books, guides, blog posts, talks, anything that can get me into that learning mood and give me fancy things to explore and build more skills/jog that interview memory i haven't exercised in years, lol

Strong point. For ATS and humans, clarity wins: standard headings, no text boxes/tables for critical info, and bullets that tie tools/skills to outcomes rather than listing everything you’ve touched.
