Following recent raids on Skid Row's drug trade, we rallied outside LAPD headquarters asking them to go back for the dogs who are being abused, neglected and illegally bred. Together with Starts With One Today, we're demanding Mayor Karen Bass protect animals across ALL of Los Angeles.
