What are things looking like on the per capita greenhouse gas emissions front? Russian and the US are in a league of their own! (One slither of hope for the US a -1.2% 10-year average change) The EU is still above the global average but their 10-year average change is best in class at -2.9%

From my reading South Africa isn't doing too badly, but can do a lot better. I feel the danger is that of the bigger players don't get their act together, there are no incentives for smaller groups to contribute.

This is data to 2024 (am sure @robbieandrew.bsky.social will be updating all these in due course) but if we dumped coal this would drop out the sky.
