Same me, Stackoverflow seems to be blocking all IPs 😔

stackoverflow was down over the weekend, and now I'm IP blocked?! I'm guessing they must've got hit by some botnet

weirdly, it works on firefox but not vivaldi!

Weird, does one go through a proxy?
