The 25% percent deduction between 1 minute to 24 hours after the deadline 😆

I know many people who need to be goosed to get stuff done, to work to their potential but I am not that way. I am most productive if people leave me alone. I tend to work hard regardless of circumstances but if you leave me alone, without the stress of someone hovering over me, I get more done.
