Thank you for your reply. I have called that number but they seem to offer a voicemail only option, with a two day response time. This does nothing for the customer experience I’m afraid.

If your mum died in the community, it would be worth checking with her GP practice to see if the medical certificate has been written and sent to the Redhill Office. If the GP wasn’t available or eligible to complete, the Practice would be able to tell you
