Republicans can't just repeal Amendments. To repeal one they need: 67 votes in the Senate AND 290 votes in the House OR They need 34 State Legislatures to call for a Constitutional Convention. Then for it to pass, 38 State legislatures need to ratify it. They don't have the votes at any level
