The Paleo diet is still very silly to me. Eat like cavemen? Like those idiots had it figured out? Their life expectancy was 7 and they didn't figure out how to outsmart bears yet but they are gonna tell me in 2026 what's the best to eat? No thanks, I'll go with scientists instead
