I didn’t question his disability to ask if his bike was a mobility device

I used to spend a lot of time working in Shrewsbury - with a bike shop at the base of a very large hill. Their sales this year I hear are going wild. So much for no one cycles, indeed.

I always think cycling while holding an umbrella can be particularly risky should a strong enough gust of wind come your way
