I want to thank everyone who's been playing the SBS update, reporting bugs, and making videos & posts about it. It's been really nice seeing the game get so much love again, even after all this time. Sky started it as a SkBS crossover update & it grew into something way bigger over this year.

Enormous thanks to @skythefloof.bsky.social for doing such great work with the soundtrack, plus the new Rift event & many of the new items/bombs/features; it's some of the most fun SBS has to offer now, IMO. Without its help, this update wouldn't have happened. v4.0 almost feels like a new game!!

It definitely *does* feels like a new game, but at the same time it feels like crossover took a handful bite from the original feel and i just... not feeling into it anymore, super subjectively. But well, maybe things do change for the best!

Tomorrow I'm leaving for a family trip & will be away for a few weeks; once I'm back the plan is to polish up SBS a bit more & then resume work on Find Everything. See you then!
