Idk if it will help but Jill Bearup has had some similar stuff happen with youtube, ebay and i think twitch and has some videos and shorts on how she fought. I don't know if it would work for IG but could be worth a watch. One is demanding a type of access form that they legally have to give you.

I can not fathom how companies can still push that anti consumer and creator drivel on their platform. This feel like such a self destructive nonsense.

Instagram is such a mess. I lost my account over there to an endless loop of “use your device to confirm it’s you” and their AI chat bot support being completely useless to assist.
