She'd be a great president but she's also right 😭

Personally, I do want a woman as president. That said, I can't say I blame her for feeling that way. After the worst candidate of all time beat out two different women in two different elections, it's easy to feel discouraged.

I think she is. If Mexico, a country seen as a “macho sexist” country, can elect a woman president, so can the US. The only issue is we’ve been running centrists.

In a large study across all metrics misogyny in US ran 16% (including women). That’s a helluva hill to climb in our close Presidential elections. Definitely not in 2028 or 2032 when we absolutely must win.

I like Harris but assuming it was a fair election, Michelle Obama would have won. She is a great speaker and people would be excited to have the Obamas back in office.

Kamala only lost because Elon & company hacked the tabulation machines in swing states. So I wouldn't say America wasn't ready per se, it's just that the fascists have been conspiring to take over government since the 30's and finally managed to do it.
