As far as I know the most climate stressed place is Bangladesh, I mean many island nations are at greater absolute risk, but they have small populations. Bangladesh is 180 million people.

Also Nepal, and parts of India and Pakistan - mainly because of the extreme himalayan glacier melting Climate migration in this (my) part of the world will be really political and violent I feel...because half the countries are muslim and the other half are supposedly secular but hindu in practice

Bangladesh also experiences every major natural hazard on earth. Landslides, floods, earthquakes, extreme cyclones...not to mention an insane range of human & industrial disasters: building collapses, air and water pollution, long list. If there was a case study for climate change, Bangladesh is it
