When will EU start making decisions based upon what's good for Europe? Ethical issues should always take priority over political issues. Does Europe allow Russia to kill and enslave Ukraine even if Biden or Trump fail altogether to keep US commitments?

And with missiles in relatively short supply. Ukraine needs a free hand and more or less unlimited weapons and munitions when requested. If NK sends 100,000 troops Europe would have to consider some kind of additional response beyond arming Ukraine. Immediate NATO membership springs to mind.

Could be any number of reasons. Maybe we couldn't spare the weapons yet. Maybe Putin promised he'd not destroy the US by deploying psy ops to get his puppet in the WH, and reneged. Maybe Putin's bomb threats coordinated with Musk or Trump on which polling places to target was the last straw.
