Oh god, apple is on a spree preventing the restoring (unsigning) of: iPad mini wifi + cellular iPad 2 CDMA iPhone 5C iPhone 5 This means if your phone runs into any problem, or you want to reset it... you can't (at least using the official software). They are actively doing this which is uhhhhh.

Something something. It works if you don't request baseband? Thats what I heard at least, tbink it was not intended since someone else said even an iPhone 16 iOS version was failing

From what I understand, it's *just* the baseband itself that's been unsigned. But that breaks activation (meaning they're essentially dead)

I noted saying at least using original/official software. For some you *can* but uhh it's still very bad.

Yeah. iPhone 4s is now completely dead because of this and iPhone 5c and iPad Mini 1 Cellular bout hang in the balance as we await to see if the Cellular iPad 4 baseband also gets unsigned
