Shameful. USPS' closure of the Allston office was also "temporary" and now they want to close it permanently. We can't let USPS continue to degrade services and leave folks in Fields Corner and across the #MA7 without this vital resource. They must keep this branch open.

My post office branch had a small electrical fire over a month ago. Not only did it close, but they removed the drop box from the parking lot. They are working on it, and say it will reopen “soon,” but no one is holding their breath.

Call your States Congress, your senators in DC. BE ANGRY BUT CLEAR! It works. Have a list of friends and family call after you begins. Works better than a letter! You need a USPS BOX, and if your state does #VoteByMail Dems are running on allowing EASIER WAYS to vote for busy ppl. #VoteBlue

The slow erosion of services will eventually lead them to declare that USPS doesn’t function well so it needs to be privatized. That’s the end goal. Beware.

GOP are closing Branches people need, GOP DeJoy sold off Sorting Machines, layed off experienced ppl, raised stamps to 82 cents.#SaveOurPostOffices People still send cards letters

Mother's Day, my Birthday, friends, family, godchild, ALL send cards..Why don't you still get cards and handwritten letters? Thank you cards are still the polite thing to do for gifts. A text is lazy and cold. I save all the cards and letters I get. Especially from my dad, who is now passed.

That's good. You are blessed. But do you think it makes sense to keep under-utilized post offices open at great expense and loss of taxpayer money? I do not, especially when a mailbox is sufficient for mailing letters and stamps can be purchased in supermarkets, drug stores, etc.

Our USPS was once THE ONLY AGENCY THAT DIDNT USE A CENT TO TAXPAYER FUNDS,AND OWNED THE BUILDINGS, until Bush demanded 800 BILLION in a short time for Iraq lie.GOP destroyed the USPS. My town lost both our USPS offices. GOP DeJoy sold off SORTING MACHINES, SLOWED MAIL, Where's the money Dejoy got??
