Vets are having a hard time getting treatment for anything. My uncle (a Navy veteran) 8 years reserve, 1.75 active, hang on to that number, was denied VA care and was originally denied Navy military burial honors.

He was a radar technician for the Great Lakes Naval Reserve and serviced air craft carriers and other vessels. He did weekend duty at the base and would be deployed to service the ships. He had wild hurricane stories. Because of that 1.75 not 2 number he was denied healthcare and burial rights.

His service was from 1955-64. Imagine. He was from Michigan and lived in the Midwest, and the last 5 years of his life in FL near my cousin. I fought with Rick Scott’s office just to get him the burial. The excuses over the healthcare were disgusting.

The administration, along with their evangelical supporters, continue to pursue a non-biblical, anti-American, immoral agenda. I say this while agreeing with certain aspects of the GOP notions.
