A few years ago, birth control pills were tampered with and resulted in unwanted pregnancies by a foreign country. The size, shape, and color changes of most of my prescription drugs happens so often that I conclude that they come from multiple countries. Deregulation.

FDA's job is not the testing, the problem here is at the level of sufficient regulatory oversight and inspections.

Trust, but verify, got lost somewhere along the way
