Here in MN, I see pregnant mothers who move here from TX because they can’t obtain coverage for prenatal care. So total travesty… but think about it: Texas doesn’t have income tax, and they don’t care to provide healthcare for the indigent. The blue states are paying for this 😾

Why can politicians, who know nothing about women and medical care. stop highly trained doctors from saving lives? Politicians don’t have any advanced skills and licenses to take away, it would be hard to jail them for misdiagnosis of murder. Yet they are killing women by threatening MDs.

"Although there were fewer than 200 murderous quacks, their work was known to 1000's of leading physicians of the Reich, not a single one of whom, so far as the records show, ever uttered the slightest public protest." William L. Shirer The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich

This was the goal, so 🤷🏼‍♂️ of course it's as evil as they'd hoped. To a man, Republicans are a bunch of unfathomably sick fucks. Wish I believed in hell

We lived in a conservative town when my son came out gay to us, so to protect him, we moved to a more liberal town. If I lived in TX, and had minor children, boys or girls, because boys get girls pregnant, and I care about potential grandkids, I would move no matter what the cost.

If the trend is clear, why tf didn’t you say something before? Why haven’t you stood up for your oath? Why do you continue to make millions of people dying in your parking lot?

When can we start investigating why Texas men hate women so much? Controlling their women-folk seems to be goal of all these hairy-chested asshole Texas he-man woman haters. "Let 'em bleed.", says one Texan as his wife dies outside an ER. ER's too expensive for women. Gimme my Viagra Rx ya'll.

Pregnancy became far more dangerous in Texas after the state banned abortion in 2021, rate of sepsis shot up more than 50% for women hospitalized. You’re better off getting treated at a refugee camp due to outcomes and quality

Might we PLEASE put the scientists and physicians back in charge? I have lived through so many implementations of STUPID law, and I know we will regret this one.

We're doing what we can: sharing info, writing letters, lifting our homemade signs at demonstrations, performing street theater.... Not quite ready to get shot at an ICE round-up, but we try to let neighbors know when and where ICE is showing up. So much to do.

Anything you feel safe announcing of government-surveilled social media isn't anything that will stop this. 10k Americans were arrested and sent to US and foreign death camps, just last month, by the American Fascist Regime. I'm sorry, but If you're not ready to get shot, you've already lost.

Abortion bans are necessary but it's a big problem when women suffering miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy can't get treatment because of law. Plutocracy is destroying the world and climate crisis is an emergency that must be adressed.

You treat this as a well-known fact, that no one can argue against, but you haven't backed it up. Woman can't get treatment as a direct result of the law. The narrow exceptions would make the most confident doctor hesitate, because the consequences involved if someone decides they are wrong...

You are literally word for word the same as the fan account i replied to before, including your bio Youre either a troll or a bot Abortion is a necessary life saving procedure for women Banning it is evil End of debate

But hey, the fetus lived, right? The fetus lived? So it was worthwhile putting the mother through that so the fetus could live? I've been handed a note that says no, the fetus did not survive so it was almost the loss of both it and the mother. Not a worthwhile exchange.
