Gosh, that's one heck of a question I myself am trying to answer right now 😅 It started as "those are the rules I'll be using for Nightsong" and it became a toolkit, and now I'm adding a setting to it, so I'm not 100% sure.

Right now, I'd say it's a mythic fantasy RPG which will be hosted on a website (for now) and feature mechanics inspired by those awesome games (see image) and will also have a set of online tools: 100% free available text, dice roller, land generator, character manager, dungeon generators, etc.
