This is deeply disingenuous and, frankly, a dereliction of journalistic integrity. A quick glance at Yum! Brand’s annual filings reveal that this is common language included every single year as an investment risk factor. The most recent filing is no different because the risk is always present.

10-Ks are public documents. Go choose a year and ctrl-f “cyclospora.” See for yourself. This Forbes reporter either does not understand how annual filings work and should not be reporting on them, or knows better and would rather bootlick and spread the administration’s talking points.

"Reporter" is a misnomer to be honest. Forbes has been especially a blog site for a long time now, it's got all the prestige of Substack (but might still have less of a Nazi problem).
