Can't help you much with that, but it is a small source of joy that the street the hospital is on rejoices in the name 'Great Maze Pond' There is, alas, neither maze nor pond to be seen in these modern times.

That is great. I was in Homerton yesterday and unreasonably amused / impressed by the giant pictorial signs on the relevant doors ‘TOILET’ ‘SHOWER’ and now thinking we could implement this at home with all regularly-lost possessions
