I've got a substantial collection with more than a few rares in it. If I sold it all for PriceCharting's inflated estimates, it'd be less than 1/3 of my salary. And I make at best a middle-class living today. Collect because you love it, not for the money. The latter will never end well.

I haven't seen them post this kind of thing often. I get more annoyed by how they repost the same stories multiple times a day but that's minor. I get that the image was supposed to be satire but it didn't convey that very well in my opinion.
