Okay I did a check and bluesky now has a "safelink" service that it also checks URLs against when saving them as profile links. It currently doesn't seem to block anything(I checked a LOT of random urls, including shorteners, adult content sites, etc), at least atm, but this is a server-side method

for them to block sites. very scummy and suspicious, bluesky really needs to stop fucking over adult creators and queer folks in general, this shit is disgusting. Also, I could be wrong on how the safelink service works and it could be blocking on specific paths

Try it out by going to go.bsky.app/safelink/che... (replace example.com with whatever domain or page you want to check), and it will tell you the status(action, in its words) of the page. If "block", then the profile links will block the page based on this server-side decision.
