I asked the Menards piano player for some Tom Waits. She said they wouldn't let her drink or smoke.

But do they have to play the Menard's jingle as part of their job? I was in the Midwest for the first time in years recently and it took 005 seconds for that jingle to get permanently stuck in my head the first time I set foot in one
