I miss good old internet forums. Some are still around, but it’s hard to get into established communities. I was thinking what if we start a new forum built on our own simple open source code? We’d have classic areas like tech, gaming, movies, hobbies. NO politics. Would you consider joining?

not sure if the platform part is the deal breaker here, but I'd join the community to see where it goes. I miss this as well.

Nah, platform/code/etc is secondary. Community building is the primary goal
