There are two options: either Moscow is so incompetent that they can't direct their attacks to the intended target, or that the residential buildings, hospitals, and cultural icons they have been striking for 4 years ARE the intended targets. But we all know they're striking them intentionally.

In their mindless attacks on Kyiv, russian terrorists also targeted Dovzhenko National Film Studios — a landmark of Ukrainian cinema that housed an archive of over 100,000 costumes and 600 films. Much of this cultural heritage has now been lost.
