New knife day! I've had my old wusthof w/ the annoying full bolster for close to 15 years, and the kiritsuke for ~5ish. Hopefully this UX10 will outlive me. I don't think I will -need- another knife short of breaking one of these by accident .... tho I'd love an usuba or nakiri for fun

got a UX10 many years ago, moved in with someone who also had a UX10. Great knife Don't recommend trying to dual-wield tho

I have a misono plain 150mm petty knife and love it so much I eventually got its big brother!
