btw I am so careful I actually copied and pasted Ross’s exact wording from her report. This is actually the only proposed charge against the Rector. I’m sure the “inquiry” (actually an investigation) was “highly regarded”, but I don’t think anyone with a moral sense shares that “regard” nowadays.
