"We WASTED $30 billion" is more like it. You could have done quite a bit with that in healthcare, education, housing, cost of living would be down on its own.

They have stolen a big chunk of it, we will never be able to account for it.

To retrieve all of it will be close to impossible. No doubt the money went through all kind of channels and banks and back doors.
