Dumb phone tip: A $30 smart phone from a big box store is going to be a far more effective dumb phone than a $500+ dumb phone. If you want to solve your tech addiction, get tech you don't want to use. Your brain will want to use something that cost $500.

Also, if you want smart phones, buy used! Stop directly supporting multi-trillion dollar companies by keeping their slightly older stuff out of the landfill. For MOST people, tech from 5 years ago works pretty much just as good as it does today!

Android phones actually getting long term OS/Security Updates now is a huge blessing for those who buy used but aren't inclined to setup Lineage/Graphene. Forthcoming EU battery replacement rules will also help used phones last longer.
