Thanks for the kind words about Airglow! I've been thinking quite a bit about that issue, and changed my mind every other day

I think it's nice that we are in this "exploration phase" right now. Letting users pick might be ideal, but it would definitely be consusing for newcomers when they signup on an other app to choose wether they want to use a different social graph or not

Good points well made. I really like what you said in the article about split identities. Delineations between work and creative sides of my graph make sense. I feel like the sweet spot is around user choice and reduced effort.
