In an April letter to Congress, ICE’s then-acting director denied a database of U.S. citizens protesting ICE, but said the agency keeps records on people it encounters at some protests, including some never arrested. This petition asks Congress to make ICE stop and delete the lists.

resist.botStop ICE from making databases of protesters!It is completely unacceptable that ICE is keeping databases of protesters. Labeling those lists as “agitators” is even worse.
