Exactly this. Most agent frameworks give you a terminal with scrolling tokens. When something breaks in prod at 2am, you need to know which step failed and replay from there - not re-run the whole thing.

This is the difference between tools that work in prod vs demo ware. Most agent frameworks are great at looking busy. Actual observability and control? That's the hard part.
